To the Girlfriend community,
We hope everyone is safe and healthy during this difficult time. In light of the current developments around COVID-19, we wanted to take a moment and share the steps we’re taking to keep our community and employees as safe as possible.
While we don’t currently have retail spaces, our small but mighty team have all been working from home, all with full pay. We realize this is a privilege that not everyone is afforded, and plan to do our part at social distancing and flattening the curve. Our online store remains open at this time, and our warehouse is following recommendations from the CDC and WHO to ensure their safety and yours.
In the meantime, we hope to shed some positivity and comfort through our email and social channels as we navigate this new and changing reality. Are you still shipping out orders?
Yes, we are still fulfilling and shipping orders. However, due to COVID-19, we are operating at a limited capacity and are experiencing shipping delays between 2-6 business days.

I'm unable to receive my package at my shipping address. What can I do?
As much as we'd love to, we're unable to update shipping addresses once an order has been shipped. We highly recommend reaching out to your carrier, which you can find here, and requesting that your mail be held or rerouted.
